Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in peer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong empathy and compassion for others.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries with clients.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education.
