Key Responsibilities:

• As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, greeting customers and determining their service needs.
• You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, as well as arranging for alternate transportation if needed.
• Communicating with our technicians to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Explaining service recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner, building trust and loyalty.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues and following up to ensure continued satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic mechanical skills.
