We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Demo Company in Mitchell, SD. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the company and assisting the Store Manager in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
